We deliver across all governorates in Egypt.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 working days, depending on product availability.

Shipping Fees

 Great Cairo & Giza :  60 EGP

Other governorates : 80 EGP

Exchange & Return

Returns

Orders can only be returned at the time of delivery by declining receipt of the package and paying the applicable shipping fee

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approved exchanges are issued as a store credit voucher, redeemable through our Instagram account.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
