National Shipping

We ship all over Egypt.

We normally process and dispatch all orders within 3 – 7 working days of being placed if the item is in stock. Signature upon delivery available for all shipping times  98% of our packages arrive on time. However, some packages may still be delayed due to factors out of our control. If you are having any issues with your delivery don’t hesitate to reach out to us, email orders

International Shipping

 International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. *** These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel*** We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 We will happily accept returns right at the shipping time by the courier by not receiving the order but paying the shipping fees.
